Berlin Philharmoniker and it’s Digital Concert Hall: Amazing!

The Berlin Philharmonic’s Digital Concert Hall is simply an amazing project. For a few dollars, you can buy a ticket as if you were walking into the live concert hall… yet from anywhere in the world you can see the performance live assuming you have a stable internet connection. What a world-class teaching tool this could be!

Kudos to Mr. Simon Rattle & the Philharmonic’s administration.

Badal Roy teaches my students the language of the tabla

Recently we were able to get Badal Roy as an SMS special guest. It’s the fourth time I’ve met him, but I’m glad I captured several parts of his presentation on video. He broke things down so simply for the kids – what an amazing master musician!
